Anti-Human Trafficking Program

The Social Innovation Research Group is conducting a program evaluation of the Anti-Human Trafficking pilot program offered by the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region.

sasc logoSince January 2018, SASC has offered services to all genders 14 and older who have experienced, are experiencing or are at-risk of sexual exploitation within Waterloo Region. These services include counselling, crisis support, safety planning, advocacy, practical assistance, and support with legal services, housing, and other community supports. They also provide public education and outreach to community organizations around Waterloo Region.

The goal of our program evaluation will be to explore the service user experience of the Anti-Human Trafficking program. 

This program evaluation is ongoing.
