Yellowknife Documentary Screening for "Bridging Divides: Voices and Visions about Homelessness in Mid-size Cities"

On March 7, 2026, CRSP members Erin Dej and Carrie Sanders co-hosted a community film screening and panel discussion with the City of Yellowknife. The film Bridging Divides: Voices and Visions about Homelessness in Mid-size Cities explores the realities of homelessness in mid-sized communities by integrating various community voices into the conversation. 

Following the screening, Dej and Sanders joined the panel to discuss the importance of creating space for constructive dialogue on difficult issues in our communities. The conversation that followed was a thoughtful, community dialgoue about the realities of homelessness in northern communities.
