Our Programs
We offer programs designed to target students in three different age categories.
Programs are designed for kids aged 4-6.
Get Up and Get Active!
Recognizing that each school runs their breakfast program differently, we work in co-ordination with schools to offer a physical activity add-on program directly following breakfast programs for students of all ages.
Our morning programs allow students to engage in physical activity before their school day begins.
Our program consists of various physical activities including (but not limited to):
- relay races
- tag games
- interactive physical literacy games
Movement Skills Program
This program is designed for students in grade 1-3. This 45-minute program teaches fundamental movement skills (throwing, catching, jumping, skipping, etc.) that are essential in forming the basis for future sports skill development and for the life-long enjoyment of physical activity.
Programs are designed for kids aged 7-9.
