Laurier Centre for Community Research, Learning and Action

The Centre for Community Research Learning and Action (CCRLA) is an interdisciplinary research centre focused on developing community-university partnerships and producing research, learning and action that advances community wellbeing and social justice. We are a part of Laurier’s Faculty of Science and we have an affiliation with the Department of Community Psychology which offers Canada’s only community psychology MA and PhD programs. Along with our affiliations, we work with faculty, students and community partners from a variety of disciplines and focus areas.

Our vision is to foster and facilitate community-university partnerships to advance community knowledge, social policy and practice for community wellness and social equity.
