Global Business Outlook Survey
Every quarter since 1996, the Global Business Outlook Survey administered by Duke University polls hundreds of chief financial officers around the world to gauge the prospects of individual companies and the economy at large. The survey includes CFOs from the U.S., Europe, China, Japan, Latin America and Africa. Unfortunately, Canadian data was not included in the survey until 2015.
In 2015, Wilfrid Laurier University’s Lazaridis School of Business and Economics partnered with Duke University to include Canada in the survey for first time. Currently we have information for Canada from 10 consecutive quarters, starting in 2015. The most recent results are from Q3 2017. Our results have received important press coverage including The Globe and Mail.
