Financial Research Data

Financial Research Data Excellence

The advice of the Financial Services Research Centre (FSRC) is critical for ensuring that the acquisitions budget of the library is spent prudently. Access to research databases is an integral part of research in finance and other business disciplines. Most research done by Laurier finance faculty and students is empirical, and access to data sources is essential to conduct this research. By managing various database subscriptions, through the Wharton Research Data Services platform and outside of this platform, the FSRC ensures that Laurier faculty and students have continuous access to the data required for their research.
