Our Programs
Our programs combine physical activity with positive development and wellness tools so that our participants gain self-confidence, life skills, and the opportunity to connect with others in their community.
Sun Life Centre for Healthy Communities believes that healthy bodies make healthy minds!
We aim to break down barriers by providing inclusive, accessible programming. Our programs are offered for free at sites in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Brantford communities. More information on our programs, including locations, times, age restrictions, and registration are available on Scoreboard, our online platform.
