Nicholas Palaschuk

Nicholas Palaschuk is a PhD Candidate in Sustainability Management in the School of Environment, Enterprise, and Development at the University of Waterloo. His doctoral research navigates the behavioral drivers of corporate sustainability transitions with an emphasis on purpose-led leadership and organizational cultures. Nicholas continues to work in related fields including corporate social responsibility, pro-environmental behavior change, and business model innovation. In his spare time, Nicholas serves as an Ambassador to the North American EcoInnovation Network working with the Commission for Environmental Cooperation and university-based innovation centers across North America to build youth leadership in entrepreneurship for sustainable development.
